Refund requests will be considered only if the program is cancelled by the organization.
Refunds will not be provided in the following situations:
Fees once paid are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances. In case of unexpected delays from our end, Nanonest Laboratory may offer compensatory sessions, extensions, or alternative programs, but physical cash or bank refunds will not be entertained.
Refund requests must be submitted within 7-14 days of enrollment. Requests made after the specified period will not be accepted.
All refund requests must be submitted via the official email or support channel.
Verification will take 5-10 working days.
Approved refunds will be processed within 7-15 working days after confirmation. Refunds will be credited to the original payment method only.
The organization reserves the right to accept or reject refund requests based on verification, and to modify or update the refund policy at any time without prior notice.
Any disputes will be handled internally first. If unresolved, they will be subject to applicable legal jurisdiction.
